What you will do:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Search (SEM) at Buyerlink, you will have the ability to own and optimize large scale paid search campaigns, opportunities to test the latest features for Google and Bing search platforms, and work with a supportive team in a collaborative environment of SEM professionals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Create, project-manage, and execute a strong paid-search marketing strategy & execution plan to drive improvements towards goals
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to create and present initiatives, tests, plans, and results
  • Provide in-depth analysis and action plans around keywords, landing pages, ad copy, audiences, bidding strategies and more
  • Optimize account performance through on-going effort of keyword expansion, ad copy testing, campaign structure improvement, and bid management.
  • Maximize click-through rate (CTR), keyword quality score, and conversion rate through best practice and continuous testing effort
  • Launch, test, and optimize display campaigns through targeting improvements, frequency caps, creative testing, and bid optimization
  • Assist with landing page optimization strategies and A/B testing to improve performance

Who you are and what makes you qualified

  • Highly analytical. Love working with data and have a passion for finding the questions and answers hidden within them. Deep knowledge with Excel.
  • Can interpret information, develop strategies, and implement actions in a timely manner independently.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience and comfort independently leading SEM performance and strategy
  • A team player. Positive, energetic, solution oriented, can-do attitude.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on paid-search campaign management experiences with a focus on maximizing ROI.
  • Self-starter. Take initiative with little supervision. Motivated individual who is driven towards continual improvement of projects
  • Data driven mindset with exceptional analytical skills
  • Google Ads certified
  • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing and latest Paid Search trends
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree a plus. Additional work experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience in performance-based marketing and demand generation a strong plus #URBL
