Your Opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator who is both highly process driven and a go-getter who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You thrive working in a team environment and are comfortable coordinating across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver results, complete ownership of work and outputs, find a way to work through barriers, and work efficiently. Your primary role will be to provide sales support, streamline efficient processes and workflows that support the sales team and help attain revenue growth targets for the company. You will also serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, account management, IT, and legal teams to ensure proper communication and to drive efficiences in growth of new accounts and revenue.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible maintaining reporting and administrative functions within the company's CRM and operating systems to provide necessary updates on sales and revenue performance.


  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations leadership to operationalize the sales process and drive revenue growth and budget absorption
  • Assist and coordinate the execution of sales agreements between new clients and Buyerlink legal and financial teams
  • Manage onboarding of new clients through setting up technical integrations between clients and IT
  • Define, implement and evaluate procedures, metrics, and goals to ensure business success as well oversee all sales forecasting reporting
  • Deliver sales reporting and performance insights to enable sales leadership to measure effectiveness of sales and growth opportunities
  • Implement and oversee of use Sales CRM, data input, thoroughness, and quality
  • Develop Sales training materials, competitive insights, and other operational materials to onboard new sales members
  • Update current training program and own all sales training needs
  • Facilitate team training sessions
  • Perform other duties as requested


  • Experience in sales operations, business operations, or account management
  • Process and Data-driven mindset with proven experience managing sales and account workflows, reporting, and coordination
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with BI tools
  • Self-starter and displays ownership of initiatives
  • A strong team player who supports their team and embraces ownership, accountability, and responsibility for the team’s work
  • Ability to problem solve and deliver on timelines for multiple projects at once
  • Extensive first-hand experience with Salesforce and other sales acceleration platforms
  • Must have the ability to interact professionally, initiate, and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Must have the ability to work under limited supervision
  • Must be detail and process oriented
  • Ability to document processes and procedures
  • Experienced in using SFDC, Google Suite and related applications
  • BA/BS Degree a plus
