We're seeking a Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience, a creative mindset, big ideas, strong judgment, a strategic mind, and a love of accounting. The right fit will have an extensive background in tax preparation, accounting, audit preparation, and analysis.

This role will report to our headquarters located in Walnut Creek, CA.
What you'll do:
- Participate in month-end close with the accounting team
- Process accounts payable invoices and payment
- Complete revenue recognition and customer invoicing
- Assist in the execution of the month-end close, account reconciliations, and maintenance of journal entry logs
- Prepare monthly assigned account reconciliations. Ensure that all accounting departmental records are accurate and well organized
- Initiate recommendations for improvement and efficiencies
- Provide analysis as requested
- Assist in other projects as assigned
Your qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Accounting or Finance
- 5 + years of related experience
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
- Well-Versed in an Accounting ERP System (NetSuite a Plus+)
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, flexibility, and proactiveness
- "Roll-up sleeves" approach in order to accomplish all necessary tasks
- Commitment to excellence and impeccable ethical standards, and integrity
- International experience preferred but not required

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000
